1 packet Noodles cooked in boiling water with 1 tsp. Salt
2 tbsp. Oil
2 tsp. Garlic
Celery, chopped
3 Green chillies, chopped
Spring Onion whites, chopped
½ cup French beans, chopped
½ cup Carrots, chopped
½ cup Capsicum, chopped
¾ cup Cabbage, chopped
1 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Soy sauce
Spring onion greens, chopped

– Drain the noodles and pour cold water over them and then pour 1 tsp. oil over it.
– In a wok heat oil and add garlic, celery y, green chillies, spring onion whites, French beans, carrots, capsicum, cabbage, sugar, salt, soy sauce and saute.
– Now add the noodles and cook on high flame.
– Now add spring greens.
