ROAST
-baby carrots

-pair with tortillas, cheese, bitter cream, guac, and so forth.

FRITO PIE
– 1-2 kilos of floor beef/turkey
-kidney beans, drained
-chili beans
-fire roasted tomatoes
-chili seasoning combine
-black beans, drained
– 1 cup of water
-cook on low for 8-10 hours
-fritos
-shredded cheese

HAMBURGER HELPER
-1-2 kilos of floor beef/turkey
– half chopped onion
-1 1/2 cups of milk
-1 can of beef broth
-1 small can of tomato sauce
-cayenne, garlic salt, pepper, chili powder
– prepare dinner on low for 8-10 hours
-1 pound of rotini
-1/4 cup of flour to thicken
-let noodles sit in liquid till cooked

LO MEIN
-1 pound of hen
-oriental stir fry
-soy sauce
-ginger, garlic sauce
-lo mein noddles
– let hen, and sauce prepare dinner on low 8 hours
– add veggies in for about an hour
– boil noodles
-combine, stir, and add soy sauce
