Broccoli & Carrot Fried Rice
No meat wanted on this easy recipe that works nice for lunch or dinner. Broccoli and carrots pack a punch.

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Whole Time: 30mins

Components:
Quinoa
Broccoli
Carrots
Oil or Butter

Seasoning:
1 half salt
1 half ginger
1 half garlic powder
1 half onion powder

Gear Wanted:
Pan
Pot
Stovetop

Step 1: Boil water in a big pot
Step 2: Cook dinner quinoa in keeping with package deal directions
Step 3: Slice the broccoli and carrots into small items (see tutorial movies under)
Step 4: Add oil or butter to a pan and warmth over medium warmth
Step 5: Sautee the broccoli & carrots for 5-10 minutes, till veggies develop some colour.
