Salt
Sugar – 1 Tsp
Egg – 1 no.
Milk – 1 Tbsp
Oil

Technique

In a bowl, add maida, sugar, salt, egg, milk and blend every little thing
Regularly add water and blend effectively
Knead it for 10 minutes (punch the dough for a softer dough)
Unfold some oil over the dough and relaxation it for two hours
Take a little bit little bit of the dough and roll it
Brush some oil over the small dough balls and relaxation it once more for 1 hour
Grease the rolling floor with some oil and roll out the dough thinly
Fold it inwards and roll the dough as proven within the video
Flatten the dough
Warmth a rawa with oil and place the dough onto it
Hold the flame on medium low and prepare dinner it until you get a golden colour on either side
Seperate the layers of the parotta as proven within the video
Serve the Bun parotta scorching
