INGREDIENTS :

600 gms rooster thighs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp cooking oil for frying
3 cloves minced garlic
slurry – ( 1 tsp cornflour + 1 tbsp water ) to thickened the sauce

TERIYAKI SAUCE :
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp rice wine vinegar or cider vinegar or white vinegar
2 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp sesame oil ( non-obligatory )
1/4 cup water
