300g Pork Fillet
2 Spring Onions
2 Cloves Garlic
1cm Ginger
20 Coriander Stems
1 Tsp Coarse Black Pepper
1 Pink Chilli Pepper
4 Tbsp Cornflour
1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
2 Tbsp Clear Honey
Salt to Style

1. Finely slice the ginger, garlic, spring onions and chilli pepper.
2. Reduce the coriander stems into 1 inch in size.
3. Reduce the pork into skinny strips, place right into a mixing bowl.
4. Add the cornflour and blend.
5. Deep fry the pork for 8 – 10 minutes till crispy.
6. Take away and drain the pork. Fry the ginger, garlic, chilli and black pepper and fry for few seconds.
7. Add the pork again into the wok.
8. Add the honey and salt and fry for few seconds.
9. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, spring onion, coriander, then toss all collectively.
