6 boiled eggs

pinch of turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp oil/ghee
2 tbsp oil
4-5 cloves/laung
2-3 green cardamom
piece of cinnamon
6-8 black pepper corns
a bay leaf
2 dry red chillies
1 black cardamom
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 onions sliced
1 tbsp ginger garlic
2-3 green chillies
2 tomatoes chopped
1 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp biryani masala
4-5 tbsp yogurt/dahi
Fresh coriander
Fresh mint leaves
Some fried onions
2.5 cups water
2 cups Basmati rice
3 tbsp saffron soaked milk
2 tbsp ghee
