Fiery Rooster Wings:

Rooster wings 8
Black pepper ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
Baking powder ¼ tsp
Corn flour 4 tbsp
Flour 4 tbsp
Egg 1
Paprika powder ½ tsp
Purple chili powder ½ tsp
Inventory ½ cup
Oil ½ cup
Tomato ketchup ½ cup
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Entire pink chilies 2
Butter 2 tbsp
Recent coriander for garnish
Sesame seeds for garnish

Within the bowl add rooster wings, black pepper, salt, corn flour, flour, baking powder and egg. Combine nicely and marinate it. Then warmth oil and fry the rooster wings. Now in one other pan warmth butter and 1 tbsp oil. Fry garlic. Then add tomato ketchup, paprika powder, pink chili powder, soy sauce and inventory. Prepare dinner till the combination boils. Now add rooster wings and prepare dinner for one more minute. Lastly add to the serving dish and add entire pink chilies and sprinkle sesame seeds and recent coriander. Serve scorching.

Mutton Aalu Gosht:

Mutton 1/2 kg
Water 4 cups
Oil 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Potatoes 1/2 kg
Tomatoes 250 gm
Onion 1 giant
Yogurt 250 gm
Purple chili powder 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Cardamoms 4 (small)
Cloves 4
Bay leaves 2
Inexperienced chilies as required
Recent coriander for garnish

Boil the mutton in 4 cups water. Then warmth oil add boiled mutton, ginger garlic, pink chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, cardamoms, cloves, bay leaves and coriander powder. Prepare dinner nicely till the mutton will get tender. Now add yogurt and blend nicely. Then add grind onion and tomatoes and add to the mutton combination. Prepare dinner correctly. Now add potatoes and prepare dinner nicely. Then add 2 cups extra water, cowl and prepare dinner nicely. Lastly add all spice powder, inexperienced chilies and recent coriander. Serve scorching.
