Cooking Instant Pot Pernil (Puerto Rican Pulled Pork) l Let Dinner Cook Itself

I’m fairly positive I already instructed you that I would not have time to prepare dinner. That is why I completely love my Immediate Pot – it does just about all of the cooking for me. With this recipe, in half-hour you may have tender, falling aside meat which tastes of lime, cumin, and orange. All you want is a few brown rice, avocado and a easy salad on the facet. Yummy!!

– 1 1/2 lb pork shoulder
– 3 cloves garlic, slivered
– salt and pepper to style
– 1 tsp cumin
– 1 tsp oregano
– 2 tbsp lime juice, juice of two limes
– 1/2 cup orange juice
