Cooking Na'tok brenga (Traditional Garo dish Fish cooked in bamboo)

This video contains a visual display of how to prepare a fish curry in a bamboo. The Garo tribe’s traditional cooking method called the ‘BRENGA’. This method of cooking can be used not only for fish but also other red meats as well. The process is quite simple and sorry the time period for the cooking process has not been mentioned in the video but usually it takes about 40-45 minutes (depending on the time required to cook the fish/meat).
