350g Beef Steak (Fillet, Sirloin or Rump)
4 Spring Onions
10g Ginger
4 Cloves Garlic
2 Dried Purple Chillies
10ml Darkish Soy Sauce
30g Darkish Brown Sugar
½ Tsp Floor White Pepper
3 Tsp Cornflour
40ml Chilly Water Combination
Salt to Style

1. Finely chop the garlic, ginger and chillies
2. Lower spring onions into 1-inch items
3. Thinly slice the meat steak and place in a mixing bowl
4. Place 1 Tsp oil, a pinch of salt, half of the soy sauce, white pepper and a pair of Tsp cornflour onto the meat. Combine effectively and go away to marinate for an hour
5. Warmth 3 Tbsp of oil in a wok over excessive warmth
