In the present day’s Recipe is Stuffed Karela / Qeema Bharay Karelay.

Preparation Time: 1/2 Hour
Cooking Time: 1 Hour


Bitter gourd : 1/2 Kg
Beef Mince 1/2 Kg
Purple Chili powder 1tsp
Turmaric powder 1tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Rooster powder 1tsp
Garam Masala 1tsp
ginger/garlic paste 1tbsp
cumin seeds powder 1tsp
black paper grind 7-8
Onion 2 Medium
Tomato 2 Medium
Inexperienced chili 2
Oil 1 CUP
Molasses 1 inch pcs
tamarind pulp 1/2 cup

wash bitter gourd peel it, and paste salt on it & go away for five hours in stainer, then wash.
Fry onion till brown, combine all spices excluding rooster powder, garam Masala, tamarind pulp and Molasses in it and add mince then cook dinner till develop into tender.
fill bitter gourd with mince and packed it with thread, then fry in 1 tbsp oil.
add tomato and chilies in mince and cook dinner for five min, then add fry bitter gourd and cook dinner for additional 5 min in low flame.
