1 Tbsp peanut oil
2 cloves garlic
1 small onion
2 recent pink chillies
180ml coconut milk
2 Tbsp fish sauce
2 Tbsp (70g) darkish brown sugar
140g crunchy peanut butter
½ Tsp curry powder
1 Tbsp lime juice
1. Finely chop garlic and onion.
2. Finely chop lemongrass and chillies.
3. Warmth 2 Tablespoons of oil in a pan.
4. Cook dinner garlic, onion, lemon grass and chilli for 3 minutes till softened.
5. Add sugar and curry powder, fry for a minute.
6. Add peanut butter, coconut milk, prepare dinner for two minutes.
7. Then squeeze within the lime juice.
8. Cut back warmth to low and simmer for two minutes till sauce thickens, stirring commonly.
9. Switch right into a dish.
10. Serve with Thai crispy rooster parcels.
