How to correct common errors in classic skiing- Fixing the Lunge

The Lunge is a common cross country skiing error made by many people as they are learning to diagonal stride. The Lunge is hard to correct but an exercise which I call the “no poles run” drill seems to get skiers on the right track. Thanks to my sponsors, Auclair Gloves, Infinity Ski Poles and Rudy Project Sunglasses for their help with this video. If you Lunge or know someone that does let me know if this drill helps correct that problem. Check out the following blog for more info on correcting the Lunge- I can be reached at [email protected]
