This European city is underrated and very cheap!
If you’re looking for what to do in Bratislava, then here’s a good place to start. We spent 5 days in Bratislava as a base, but moved between the surrounding countries as there’s only really 1 day worth of things to do in Bratislava.
Things to do in Bratislava, which we have included in the video include Bratislava Castle, The Blue Church, UFO Tower, Bratislava KGB Pub, St Martin’s Cathedral, Michaels Gate along with lots of other churches in Bratislava, Bratislava tourist spots, pubs and other things to do in Bratislava.
Bratislava tourist spots are few and far between, but it’s a really, really nice place that I think you should visit at least once in your life. It’s a pretty cheap place to stay, and definitely a cheap place to drink beer and eat good food!
The Bratislava churches and architecture in Bratislava is amazing and you can get many great photos for your Instagram account simply by walking around and taking pictures in front of Bratislava’s architecture.
We finished the evening in a craft beer bar, drinking all the different types of beers that this pub in Bratislava had to offer. We didn’t manage to go into the Bratislava KGB pub but that would have potentially been very interesting! Maybe you should check it out whilst you’re in Slovakia’s capital city?
We rented a car for our trip to Slovakia, and it was a really easy country to drive around. We drove from Bratislava to Vienna, Bratislava to Budapest, Bratislava to the High Tatras Mountains and Bratislava to Brno – we had no problems on any of the trips. As all of those countries are within the Schengen zone, there were no borders to stop at either, which was useful for time.
